The submissions for the Imaging Cases for the 4^th Iberian Meeting on CMR and CT should be made between 7^th May 2024 and 26^th May 2024 at 23:59. The submission should be done via online platform at http://spc.eventbase.pt/Login.aspx?EventoID=925

Each presentation must be submitted in PowerPoint® or Keynote® format, with a maximum of 7 slides and the following mandatory structure:

Slide 1: Title.

Slide 2: Identification and affiliation of the authors (this slide will be removed during the evaluation by the jury to allow anonymous evaluation).

Slides 3 to 6: Summary of the clinical history; images and/or videos (see mandatory technical characteristics below). The use of overlapping animations, which effectively function as additional slides, is not permitted.

Slide 7: Final Diagnosis and Teaching Point(s) of the case.

– Only the second slide should contain the names and institutions of the authors.

– The presentation will be rejected if any other slide (other than the second) includes: the name or contacts of any of the authors; the institution or institutions of the authors; any other information, even if indirect, that allows for the identification of the case’s origin.

– Technical characteristics to respect in the “Images & Videos” slides:

1. Maximum of 2 multimedia contents per slide;
2. Images must be in JPEG or PNG format only;
3. Videos can be submitted in any format, but encoding using proprietary codecs should be avoided.

4. Images or videos should preferably be integrated into the PowerPoint®/Keynote® file itself. Alternatively, links can be created to external files, provided these are located in the same folder as the PowerPoint®/Keynote® file at the time of link creation;
5. The presentation and attached files must be compressed into a single ZIP or RAR file before sending. The compressed file must not exceed 500 Megabytes.

The presentations received will be reviewed by a panel of experts designated by the Scientific Committee of the 4^th Iberian Meeting on CMR and CT based on the following criteria: Rarity or Originality; Iconography, Message, and Didacticism; General Impression.

Results will be announced by 2^nd of June 2024.
